In 2004, Turkmall concluded a successful joint venture for Türkiye and the Balkans with the Dutch company AM Amstelland (Now Multi Corporation B.V.) under the name Multi Turkmall.  The main shareholder of Multi Turkmall is Morgan Stanley.

Multi Corporation (with its headquarters in Gouda, The Netherlands) is a pan-European developer of inner city projects, shopping malls and offices with operations in 18 countries.  Multi operates according to the formula of “Design and Development”. Turkmall owns, develops and leases retail and entertainment destinations since 1992.

Since Turkmall entered the arena of commercial real estate development, the company has been one of the sector’s pioneers, defining the retail and entertainment experience in Türkiye and Europe.

Turkmall develops shopping centres in partnership with well-known companies such as IKEA, Tesco, Metro AG, as well as many other major retail chains. To date, more than 2 million m² (GLA) of shopping centre area have been completed and 10 million m² (GLA) are under construction or in the process of development.

Our company is active in Türkiye, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and other Balkan States and has recently ventured into the Chinese and Russian market.
