• Mersin is located on the Mediterranean coast in Southern Türkiye. Forum Mersin is strategically located in between the inner city and the outer-inner city bypass road and has good access. The strongest purchasing power areas are parallel to the coast, in walking distance from the site. The project is connected to the two main roads of Mersin, both running parallel to the coastline. These roads are connected by a 4-lane road on which the site is located. The road system makes quick transport possible throughout the city. Due to its compact nature, the entire city can be reached from the site within 20 minutes.

  The total catchment area of the shopping centre covers the city province which has a population of 1,7 million. The population in the coastal area tends to triple during the summer season, as many people visit Mersin for their holiday. The population of Mersin province has a young age composition with 44% of the population younger than 20 and 33% between 20 and 40.
