In 2004, Turkmall concluded a successful joint venture for Türkiye and the Balkans with the Dutch company AM Amstelland (Now Multi Corporation B.V.) under the name Multi Turkmall.  The main shareholder of Multi Turkmall is Morgan Stanley.

Multi Corporation (with its headquarters in Gouda, The Netherlands) is a pan-European developer of inner city projects, shopping malls and offices with operations in 18 countries.  Multi operates according to the formula of “Design and Development”.
